Game on!

My healthy lifestyle goal is to keep a journal. This journal will keep track my progress to loose the baby fat.

Starting weight = 134 lbs

20 minute sprint session on the treadmill. I ran 1.74 miles in total. I ate five smaller portion meals and drank 102 ounces (3.0165 Liters) of water Today.
