J.J for 1 min

20 P.U
J.J. 1 min
20 crunches
20 Bench Ups
J.J 1 min
20 Bench Ups
20 Squats
Run 1 min
(Squat/Run series repeated 3 times)
Jab/Cross for 1 min
20 crunches
(Repeated 3 times)
Cool down/Stretch 5 min
I was a sweatn!!
